PAYROLLING

Payrolling is an employment strategy whose time has come. With an uncertain economy and the need for companies to keep current business moving ahead, along with looking for innovative ways to maintain or even grow their staff, you owe it to your Company to consider this new approach.

 

Question: What is the “payrolling” employees?

Answer: Your Company still takes the role of identifying, screening and selecting potential employees. New Day Staffing then takes it from there. They will become our employees, and everything that entails.

 

They fill out new hire paperwork and all necessary state and federal employment forms.

They are paid each week, based on signed timecards or electronic timecards approved by a representative from your organization.

They are covered by our medical benefits, have access to 401k Plans, and are covered by our Workers Compensation, General Liability/Dishonesty Bonding.

NDS pays all payroll taxes, workers’ compensation costs, manages and tracks all paperwork and a plethora of items associated with keeping employment paperwork and provide a wide variety of services directly to the employees.

NDS manages every aspect of their employment with the exception of directing their daily work activities.

 

Question: Why payroll employees?

Answer: Because, without a doubt, this option is one of the most cost-effective ways to maintain or ramp up your workforce and at the same time allows your core staff to concentrate on what your company does best; increase revenues and expand.

Answer: Talk to one of our sales professionals so we can determine a rate.

 

Question: What will my rate structure be based on?

Answer: It will depend on the nature of the job; whether it is a clerical, technical or light industrial position. Discounts will be given on volume and exclusivity. Even deeper discounts will be given for early payment.

 

Question: Are contracts necessary with your company?

Answer: No. If you must cancel your service with us, there is no penalty or fee and you may hire a New Day Staffing payrolled employee at any time.

Question: Once the rates are established for my Company, what is next?

Answer: Inform us of who you would like to payroll and send them into our company to fill out our new hire paperwork or let us know and we can make sure you have an on-line supply of our new-hire paperwork so that you may have it at your worksite.

Determine the pay rate; give us a job description for each individual, and an estimated start date.

 

Question: Will I have an assigned individual at New Day Staffing to help me?

Answer: Yes. Even though our employees are cross-trained and able to assist you, you will have an individual who will be your primary contact.

 

Question: What is the primary key to success in serving you the best way we can?

Answer: Staying in communication! We can be a big help to your organization if you can inform us of the following:

When you know the employee’s position is coming to an end so we can produce last and final checks.

If a workplace injury has occurred.

If the employee’s job description and/or job duties or their hours have changed during the course of their assignment

If an employee will be getting an increase in their salary

If there is an issue with an employee that requires counseling

Any invoice or billing issue that will help in ensuring things run smoothly for your Company

If you need special reports or services.

 

Question: What is left for my company to do?
